Introduction
I am a personal trainer with a focus on boxing. I use boxing as an alternative to train your cardio! I'm also a former youth football coach. My goal with anyone I train and work with is to make an impact on their life (and hopefully yours as well!).
All my programing is custom to your needs. I believe that everyone is built differently and needs to customize their routines to what we find works best together.

I have been taking 1-1 bpxing sessions with Coach Jake for well over 3 years now. Not once has he been late. He ALWAYS responds to my texts if I have questions or want to set up my schedule. His knowledge of boxing is astounding. He really takes the time to show you proper form and technique, which I haven't experienced before. Honestly, his personality is great too. He is very professional but his humor shows through! I liked that he was able to specialize a boxing class for me and my son. Definitely 15/10 all around, highly recommend.
