I am a big believer in the mind and body connection and as a result, I focus on each client’s strengths and weaknesses to help bolster up their strengths and help them get past their challenges.
In my 18 years in the fitness industry, I have worked with a very diverse clientele. I have trained athletes, military personnel, models and actors, people struggling with obesity, elderly clients, kids, and many people rehabbing from injuries.
I am certified in personal training, yoga, and corrective exercise.

Bentley is awesome! He comes up with a good range of workouts and makes them at my level. He pushes me when he knows I can do more but gives me a break when I struggle. Our weekly workouts are always great!

Fitness has always been an important part of my life and when meeting a trainer it’s a lot like meeting a therapist, I had to connect. Bentley is so friendly and welcoming, it’s like I had known him for years so instantly I felt comfortable and connected. His workouts are challenging and he really takes into account what my focus areas were to create a personal plan specific to me. I cannot recommend enough, if I could give more than five stars, I would. Bentley is the absolute best!

Bentley is the most knowledgeable and motivating trainer I’ve ever had. He is kind, listens and modified the workouts when I had a flare up in my shoulder from a swimming injury. He helped me with rehab, strengthening the shoulder and helping with mobility. He even would help entertain my 2 year old, when I didn’t have childcare, all while delivering an amazing workout. He also helped me gain confidence in the gym and inspired me to find a love and appreciation for my body. He’s good, couldn’t recommend him more!
