- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My charge for organizing services is $50 per hour. When a package of 10 hours is purchased there is a 10% discount applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to meet with them in their space to determine needs. Or if preferred, discuss their needs and expectations via telephone. From there we can get to work that day or schedule a convenient time. I will shop for items if needed and will also take items for donation with me (bringing back the receipt for taxes) as part of my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been an organizer. Seriously, how many kids want to organize the refrigerator or their sister's room from the age of 10? Being a mother of 3 busy children I knew that I needed an opportunity that allowed me to work around our busy schedule and that is when I turned my passion into my profession.
