- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our free assessment provides our clients with a magnitude of scope, duration, and price. A lot of times it makes more sense not to file an insurance claim.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Restoration1 will come to your home assess the situation and provide you an assessment of what needs to be done answering any questions and address any concerns our clients might have. There is no high- pressure sales pitch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are water and fire certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Cleaning (IICRC) and mold certified with the Interactive Occupation Training (IOT). In addition, our franchise owner is a Project Management Professional practitioner certified through the Project Management Institute and is also a retired Veteran. These certifications/training ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service.
