Hi there, my name is Marci Brown. ​I have spend many years in the financial industry managing and developing high-performing teams guiding individuals towards mental resilience, compassion, focus, and financial stability. As a coach I am passionate about helping people navigate and transform the challenges that cause frustration and self-sabotaging habits. My coaching focuses in two areas: 1) Financial Coaching- helping people create budgets and maximize their income, including get out and stay out of debt! 2) Career Coaching - helping leaders navigate their new or established career paths, help leaders encourage their teams to thrive in a culture of compassion, courage, and a drive for personal and team excellence. ​I've received a Christian Life Coaching Certification through Light University, Dave Ramsey Master Financial Coach Certification, and Dr. Beth Halbert, PsyD., Compassionate Coach Certification to equip me with the formal training needed to successfully coach others.
