We believe in being upfront with our clients. Our pricing is fair, transparent, and competitive, with no hidden fees or surprise increases. The price we quote is the price you pay. We make sure you know exactly what to expect before we begin, ensuring there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can schedule their first appointment online or via phone/text. Our website allows you to view available slots and choose the one that best fits your schedule. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or text, along with a reminder the day before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we aim to arrive a little early. We'll review all the projects you need done and provide a complete estimate for the work. If we've already quoted a price, we’ll confirm the details to ensure there are no surprises. We're transparent with our pricing and will only adjust if you request additional work. We also schedule extra time between clients, so we're able to handle any added tasks if needed.
