We interviewed a few painting companies after we purchased our fixer in Aurora, CO. Exemplary Painting wasn’t the cheapest option, but they were the only company that discussed the products with us and took accurate measurements of the space. They also asked all the right questions about our project, which made us feel like we were in good hands. As a former Sherwin Williams and Home Depot employee (and someone very familiar with the breadth of products in the space), I was really impressed with their overview and their choice of high quality and extremely durable products, even though that typically means leading with a quote that might be more expensive that the initial price offered by competitors. We hired them for the clear expertise and the attention to detail, especially given that we had a complex request - black trim, which tends to be a more difficult application and requires more coats than more traditional white pains. They did such a good job with the main living space in our new house, that we hired them to do our kitchen cabinets as well. It made a HUGE difference! We couldn’t be happier with the results! Both crews we worked with were very kind and clearly experienced. They even shared some tips with us when they saw us working on projects at the house. We really enjoyed their company as well as the finished product. I can’t thank the crew enough! And I’d recommend Exemplary Painting to anyone.

We will go through the project in depth with you to ensure you are getting exactly what you are looking for. We are happy to break out individual elements so you can decide what is best for you depending on your budget. You'll also have the opportunity to take advantage of specific discounts depending on your situation. All of our work is 100% guaranteed and warrantied for up to 5 years.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you set up an estimate with us, we will come to your home or project, spend time getting to know you and your needs, take thorough measurements, and then provide you with multiple options to choose from. After you decide to book with us, we will keep you updated weekly, then daily leading up to your project. Once we begin, we will do an initial walkthrough to make sure we are all on the same page, send you daily updates, and a final walkthrough to be sure you are happy with the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our team has at least 5 years of experience in the painting industry. Our leadership team also brings similar experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and production management.
