Susie was an excellent find in a desperate situation. I am helping an elderly uncle recovering from surgery. His place was in dire need and she did a deep thorough cleaning of his entire place which was NOT easy. Highly recommend Susie!

I hired a person to do a job. While exhausted phys and mentally from packing and moving. I needed a little help. Asked for two areas to be done kitchen and one bath ( move out) NOTHING was done but a few items lft from my master bd that I didn't ask to be moved. Kitchen floor was wiped with water, no cleaning products used, kitchen sink dirty, fridge was def not cleaned out, nor were kitchen cabinets, or oven i also asked to have it vacuumed where she walked as i just had carpet cleaned. I gave ample opportunity to have her come and actually do the job I asked her to do, but refused if any prof out there has an unhappy client they would make it right in any business. I would not in all conscience not do a job and expect money, esp that much! And keeps txting and calling wanting 120.00! I offered out of kindness to pay for her gas for driving there. But to blatently lie and say you cleaned cabinets and used "santizer on fridge and soap on floor"?! I went yesterday after wk and actually cleaned the kitchen uswd Murphys on all cabinets and scrubbed stove the job she was supposed to do i dont make alot of money nor did i really have it to begin with, but thought ok to save me some time i will do it, but to just be scammed! Do not hire this person, or you will just wnd up doing it yourself, and Thumb Tack needs to be aware of people posing as cleaners trying to just get money! Unbelievable!. I took video and pictures, will put some below.. this is after the supposed clean.. and this is just one cabinet, and fridge. I have a video of stove as well.
