FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our staging projects have multiple different packages to fit a variety of budgets. Pricing is based upon number of items used, along with the size of the property. Most of our packages are customizable which sets us apart from other businesses because we strive to work with your price range!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A staging designer will evaluate the home—either virtually or in person—and create a proposal based on its style, size, price, market conditions, and staging budget. Once the client agrees to the staging package and we receive the signed contract, we'll reserve your staging day. Our team will then bring in handpicked furnishings and accessories to complete the staging installation. Once finished, we’ll notify the client for the reveal. Once the home is under contract and through appraisal, our team is notified, and we will schedule the de-staging. Our team will arrive, pack up all staging items, and return them to our warehouse. For Interior Design clients it truly just depends on what the new client is looking for! Do you want us to advise on paint colors and furnishings? A whole house redesign? A large construction project? Once we have an initial phone consultation we can send a proposal with budget options.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For staging we primarily work with realtors all over the Denver metro. For interior design we have worked with clients all over the United States. We can do a lot with interior design virtually.
