- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m very transparent, I work by the hour opposed to a flat fee. If I over estimate my time, I only bill for the actual time worked. I will also provide you with a detailed breakdown of time worked using a clock- punch application. I don’t markup materials, you pay what I pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often times I can provide an estimate based on your photos. I will, however, also, happily come to you for a detailed inspection and estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done it all. My carpentry/construction background bargain in 1996 when my parents decided to build their own home and my dad recruited my brother and I to help. I can do just about anything from time to roofing, but stay away from plumbing. I can replace your light fixtures, fix your drywall, install or repair your interior/exterior trim, or fabricate a gorgeous handrail. My goal is provide you with the least expensive solution for your project and budget.
