For door repair, Ramirez Specialty Services listened to requests and did excellent work realigning two door frames. They took into account extra requests from the beginning and also had great ideas and suggestions for general home improvement. Very professional, worked with our schedule, and cleaned up afterwards. The new door frames look amazing and work very well

Reached out to Oshen to help fix our door that wouldn’t shut properly. He got back to me within just a few minutes and was able to come out after his current job just a few hours afterward. Super communicative, professional, and prompt. The door ended up being a bit of a pain but I saw him pivot the plan a few times to get it right and he even brought paint with him to cover any scuffs made from working on it. Problem was solved and I will use him again for other projects forsure

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fluctuating rate of $150-$250 for my TV hangs depending on TV size, location on wall and type of mount. Individual asseble/disassemble rate of $75-$175 for gym equipment & furniture and a flat rate of $50 per artwork/ mirror less than 6sq/ft and 75$ for pieces larger than 6sq/ft less than 60lbs Prices are negotiable considering weight of hangs and time spent for assembly/disassembly. Including price drops on multiple hangs & assembly/disassembly within one days work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be personal and professional with every new customer. Making you feel comfortable to have me in your home and handling your belongings. We can square off details over the phone or via email before I arrive so you know exactly what you're in for. No question is a bad question. I'm happy to answer any inquiries you may have about the type and quality of services I provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do this type of work professional for my day job and am constantly improving.
