We purchased a gazebo kit and needed it assembled and anchored to a concrete pad. We received 3 contractor options from Thumbtack. Oshen called us that day to discuss the project. His enthusiasm immediately connected with me and my wife. His willingness to travel 80+ miles (one way) to Fountain, CO also impressed us. When he arrived, he was polite and ready to work. The gazebo came in 5 large boxes with hundreds of parts. Oshen and his employee Mike jumped right in, organized the parts, and began putting the gazebo together. They had to endure rain and wind. When the sun began to fade, they hooked up floodlights and kept on working. My wife and I appreciate the hard work Oshen put in and we have a great gazebo to enjoy for many years to come.

Oshen has done three projects for me over the last two weeks. 1. He set up a very tall sarinless steal, heavy duty dance pole, which required going into an 11.5 ceiling, creating a wood support platform, drywalling, and painting. And a lot of creative thinking, as the instructions and supposedly custom measurements from the pole company were inaccurate. The sucker is very sturdy, and its stow away option on the ceiling is perfectly placed. He also made the platform looks like it is a part of the original ceiling. 2. He fixed our slamming storm door with new hydraulics. 3. He assembled and installed a light fixture I bought from etsy. Of course, my 1992 townhouse is a very spicy mix of half-assed and often bewildering wiring, plumbing, and flooring choices, so I knew it wouldnt a simple install. And it was not. Oshen put a lot of mental work into planning how to safely install the fixture with the wiring oddness already present, and then painted the wall to make it look flawless. We will definitely be hiring him again for our slightly dangerous stair banisters as well as anything else that comes up. Oshen is great with communication, clearly has an eye for functional construction, and has imagination and skill enough to implement.

Ochen was wonderful to work with and offered reasonably priced services! He was very responsive and was able to pivot easily with some unexpected issues, such as assembling the doors we got. He was able to complete the job earlier than expected and did a beautiful job. We will definitely be hiring him again for future services!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fluctuating rate of $150-$250 for my TV hangs depending on TV size, location on wall and type of mount. Individual asseble/disassemble rate of $75-$175 for gym equipment & furniture and a flat rate of $50 per artwork/ mirror less than 6sq/ft and 75$ for pieces larger than 6sq/ft less than 60lbs Prices are negotiable considering weight of hangs and time spent for assembly/disassembly. Including price drops on multiple hangs & assembly/disassembly within one days work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be personal and professional with every new customer. Making you feel comfortable to have me in your home and handling your belongings. We can square off details over the phone or via email before I arrive so you know exactly what you're in for. No question is a bad question. I'm happy to answer any inquiries you may have about the type and quality of services I provide.
