Evgenii is a problem solver! We presented quite the puzzle for why our kitchen faucet suddenly stopped delivering hot water, but would deliver cold water from the same output. He was diligent and figured out the problem relatively quickly. Yay! Evgenii speaks very little English, but uses his e-translator making it easy to communicate. We’d hire again. 😊

Very concerned about getting the job done as you want it done. Willing to be innovative when directions for an installation don't match the circumstances of the structure doesn't meet specifications. For example, I had a wall electric fireplace installed that required it be installed into studs but the holes provided on the bracket didn't match the spacing for the studs in wall. Evgenii had the tool to make another hole in bracket to meet specifications. Also had a situation where a weight bearing rack that wasn't installed correctly. He came up with the appropriate anchors to make it work properly. He is very earnest. Wants to please and do the best work for you. One needs to be willing to use Google translate with him as he learns the English language.
