Damani did a wonderful job building our deck, front porch and stairs in the garage. His price was amazing. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Our old deck was rotten wood after 25 years. He demolished and built a new, larger, Trex deck to our specifications. We love the work and recommend Damani and Tank Services LLC.

Damani's response to my request for quotation was prompt, and very clear. I hired him based on the level of communication he put forth, and was pleased with all of the follow-up. I have a cedar privacy fence, and the lower hinge on the worn-out gate was loose, bent, and causing the gate to sag. I couldn't get it open to take trash to the alley. Damani not only repaired the problem, but also improved the functionality of the entire assembly to prevent future issues with it. I expect the gate will out last the rest of the fence now. He was easy to work with, flexible, accepted my input, and was clear about his intentions. His price was fair, and he finished the project within the anticipated timeframe and cost quote. I will call on him in again if I need something else done.

Damani from Tanka Drywall came on time and did a beautiful job, even better than I had hoped for. He repaired a small area in my garage where I had drove into the wall and cracked it, and also repaired some drywall upstairs as well as the window sill. Excellent work and very nice young man. He is a perfectionist so he pays attention to detail which I appreciate! Prices very good!

I am very reasonable and willing negotiate the best price for the customer. I have a variety of tools to allow me to save the customer money, time, and stress making the process much easier for both of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process includes obtaining the specifications for the job (pictures, details, blueprints) and discussing how the customer wants the job to turn out. Then I would collect the supplies needed and figure out what time works best, then fulfill the task at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Type 1 Technician Certification through the EPA (HVAC) . I have 4 + years experience installing lights, repairing drywall, painting, and concrete work at commercial properties.
