- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make your experience smooth and efficient from start to finish. Here’s an overview of our typical process: Scheduling an Estimate: The first step is to schedule a convenient time for a free consultation. You can reach out to us via phone, email, or our website, and we’ll arrange a visit to assess your project. Developing a Quote: During the estimate visit, we’ll evaluate the scope of work, including the size of the area, type of surfaces, and any preparation or repair needs. Based on this assessment, we’ll develop a detailed quote that outlines the costs for labor, materials, and any additional services. Accepting a Deposit: Once you review and approve the quote, we gernally require a small deposit to secure your project on our schedule. This deposit helps cover initial costs and confirms your commitment to the project. Scheduling the Project: After receiving your deposit, our production team will work with you to finalize the project schedule, as well as color and sheen selections. We’ll coordinate with you to choose start and end dates that fit your timeline and ensure minimal disruption to your daily routine. Project Execution: Our skilled team will arrive on the agreed-upon start date, ready to deliver top-quality work. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and make sure everything meets your expectations. Completion and Final Payment: Upon finishing the project, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Once you’re happy with the results, we’ll arrange for the final payment. If you have any questions or need further clarification at any stage, feel free to reach out. We’re committed to delivering a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish!
