A friend of ours recommended Frank to us. We contracted with him to replace the fluorescent lights in our kitchen with recessed lighting (capable of LED) and to remodel the entertainment center in the family room. We were happy with the work and contracted him, this fall, to do a major first floor remodel. Again, we’re happy with the work. Frank and his crews gave us a beautiful bright kitchen, updated stair railings and balusters and a fabulous patio roof for our sanctuary backyard patio. When an issue would arise Frank just handled it. Check out the mixer storage. So convenient. I would highly recommend Moonlight General Contracting for any project. Frank Verk and crews are the BOMB!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts if payments or installments are in cash or they provide referrals
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start “wow” pictures of stuff the homeowner likes, and then I try to replicate that picture. If it wows the customer, then I have a better chance to wow, the customer at the end of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off as an engineer, but I love finished projects, so I stuck with Construction
