- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virtual estimates are free and quotes are typically good for two weeks. With the drastic fluctuation and shortage of materials we can only give that small window of two weeks unfortunately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we request an overview of the work that is needed. We will need pictures of rooms and areas that the work will be done in; this helps limit unnecessary exposure to both our workers and our clients during this pandemic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Electrician, HAZMAT Certified, Confined Space Entry and Rescue, Substation Maintenance 1 & 2, Commercial and Industrial Safety Certified, ARC Flash, and NEC 2023
