- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies from job to job. We base our prices off of the size of the areas being cleaned, location, condition, and procedures being used to satisfy your every need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always meet with our new potential customers at their property. We always take a walk through to inspect the buildings and find out exactly what they need us to clean. We then create a proposal which explains what we can do to ensure the customers' cleaning needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10+ years of janitorial experience. OMEX requires a Certificate of Completion with their Training and Familiarization course. I, myself, have that certificate displayed in my office.
