Don’t really recommend. Yeah the price is pretty good but our AC doesn’t work as well after they left so I’m not necessarily glad they came.

Sorry to hear that your AC isn't working properly. I am not sure how that has to do with me as we only worked on the ductwork and not in the air conditioner. Also if you gave us a call or left a message about the issue l would have been more than happy to take a look. I love my company and what l do and for me the most important things are my clients experience as you can see in all other reviews.

Two great experiences with this company. First hired them to clean/tune up my furnace, hot water heater and gas fire place. They did great work for a reasonable price. Decided to have them replace my hot water heater as it was leaking slightly for the last few months. Their bid was very competitive and couldn’t be happier with their work. They were prompt, efficient, left my place cleaner than when they arrived. Super nice and did great work! Hire these guys!!

Our AC broke during the heatwave last summer and I was desperate. Michael responded quickly and installed an American Standard AC unit for $3800. Unfortunately, I've talked with other contractors since then and they all told me that Michael overcharged for the install. He has also cut off all communication since the install was done. Part of the contract was that he'd come out this summer to do maintenance on the unit. He's ignored emails, calls, and even won't respond to my chat messages on Thumbtack while I can see he's online. Kinda ridiculous. Anyway, I don't recommend using him. Find someone more reliable who won't overcharge and ghost you.

I honestly hope that Thumbtack allows pictures to be posted. This client reached to me 3 hours ago for the first time and my last contact on thumbtack was June 20 2022. l was driving and could not respond as l don't drive and text. l am proud of my business as you can see by my over 100 5 stars reviews. l also stand behind my work as it comes with a 5 years warranty for labor. 3 hours should not be a benchmark for how quickly a company responds. l also encourage people to compare quotes out there. Lowest quote l have seen for an AC installation is $5000 so to me $3800 is extremely competitive in this market. Just today l replaced an AC for a Client that was quoted $21000. Sorry you feel that l overcharged you $3800 for an AC. l encourage you to please find a better fit for your HVAC needs in the future. Good luck on future endeavors. Thanks
