After getting estimates from Empire and carpet exchange, we went with Kelly from Carpet direct. We really enjoyed working with her. She showed us many different options and was the consultant we were looking for. Greg did the install and was in and out very quickly. Kelly and Greg helped us with replacing an unsalvageable carpet and we're happy with their work. However, I'm not sure if I'd recommend Carpet Direct if your project is urgent, since replies were a bit slow and we were on a time crunch. If your project can wait for a little, then by all means go for them!
