- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have special room rates for first time clients. I am always running some sort of whole house special and if I do not have a special that fits for you, I am flexible and willing to come up with something that is comfortable for you and fair for me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When entering the home of a new client, I begin with a simple walkthrough of all the areas requested to be cleaned. After getting set up, I will do a complete and thorough inspection for the client and lay out all their options of what I see needs to be done. I am kind of like a doctor for any carpet, upholstery, and/or area rug cleaning services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have that relates to my work was from another company here in town that has been serving customers in the state for over ten years. I committed myself for over a year into going into the office three days a week before I ever went to work in order to improve my craft. My effort, my attention to detail, and my caring heart are second to none.
