- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Event Planning: Since every event is unique, it's very difficult for me to give you a quote via questionnaire or email until I've spoken to you about event specifics, expectations, budget, etc. Please reach out to me directly so that we can get the process started! For Balloons and Decor: Any prices listed are base and do not include custom "add ons" or delivery. This is because I want to make sure you receive the best service possible, and the delivery fee is based on mileage and size of the set up. When you reach out via Thumbtack, I'll respond with a questionnaire for you that allows me to get basic info about your event so we can get the process started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When inquiring about balloon and other various decor services, and in order to save us both time, customers typically fill out a questionnaire so I can know basic information, like time, location, and occasion. Please contact me with your specific needs and I'll send you the form that applies!
