- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service fee for coming out and diagnostics is $79 and it will be applied towards any approved repair. We offer 10% off labor for all new customers. The appliance repair cost consists of parts, tax, and labor costs. The average expense for most appliance repairs is $180, and the typical range is from $120 to $400.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is how we work: 1. The customer contacts us via text message 2. We schedule an appointment at the time that fits best for the customer 3. The technician comes to the customer's place within the scheduled window time frame and gives a call 30 min prior to his arrival 4. After diagnostics, the technician provides the customer with the repair estimate 5. If the customer approves the estimate, the service fee is waived with the repair. 6. The technician carries 80% of the most common parts in his truck so he is able to finish most of the jobs from the first visit. 7. If we need to order some specific parts like control boards, panels, it usually takes 2-5 business days to get them. 8. As soon as we get the part, the technician will come back to install it. And...YIPPEE! Your life is back to normal:)
