I previously hired this company for two accent walls and was satisfied, so I hired them again for a powder room. Unfortunately, the quality this time is so disappointing and I may need to ripe the wallpaper out and start over with a new company. The CEO of Wall ProDecor assured me that white lines on black paper wouldn't be an issue from his perspective because they are "very careful" when they install, and why they also don't need to prep the walls with black paint behind the seams. I asked. Please see what my install looks like in the attached IMAGES. The installer blamed the wallpaper quality and left without offering a solution to white lines being on EACH SEAM of wallpaper in the room. When I checked the install directions, he didn't use a crayon on the edges initially and I had to ask him to follow the instruction on the remaining rolls. As a result of the installer then telling me to contact the wallpaper manufacturer with my concerns, that company refunded me for the product AND felt the installation was the problem from their perspective. They also provided tips on how the white seams could have been avoided and fixed afterwards. I forwarded all this correspondence to Wall ProDecor, and they refuse to offer a solution. I've spent 4 hours of my own time now applying black watercolor to these white seams, along with an hour researching how to fix/minimize the issue for myself. I hired a professional so I would avoid issues, not be caught in the middle. Resolution management is not this company's strength, nor is installing black wallpaper. Their manager, Elena, tells me in her one email reply back, "Unfortunately, there's not much more we can do in this case." You can DISCOUNT me for not finishing the job or simply refund it because it looks like crap. The install cost more than the actual wallpaper. You can offer to redo the job with a recommendation on black papers that are "quality" from your perspectives. You are choosing not to do anything because you don't want to, so your potential customers should be aware of your lack of conflict resolution skills.

I was having trouble putting up my peel and stick wallpaper. I contacted Brett, he responded quickly with texts, then phone calls. He did not install my wallpaper but provided me with helpful videos, techniques, and best supplies to purchase. He was available via text and even offered to FaceTime if I was having trouble. He did not charge me a dime just willing to share his knowledge to help another person. I can say there is absolutely no way I would have been able to finish my project without his help. Do not hesitate to contact him. You will save yourself time and frustration and your project will turn out better than expected!
