I never leave reviews, but Randy deserves more than a 5 star review for her amazing trip that she planned for my boyfriend and I! We went to Thailand for 10 days (Bangkok, Chang Mai, and Phuket) and the flight accommodations, hotels, and planned activities all went perfectly, for a great price. We especially appreciated the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, because many places in Thailand mistreat elephants, whereas the sanctuary saves them. Our favorite hotel was the Siam@Siam in Bangkok, beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Advice for Chang Mai, bring bug spray :)

My husband and I booked a last minute Honeymoon to Maui and could not have been happier with our accommodations and how lovely Randy was with everything from start to finish. We had just got married and had no idea where we wanted to go on our honeymoon but knew we wanted to leave in the next few days. Randy did everything for us from start to finish and got it done quickly. We loved our hotel, the staff and the location. We had a blast in Maui!

Randy provided exceptional service and supplied first rate hotels and great tours. I'm used to booking flights and hotels on my own but ran into problems with the numerous stops (Hong Kong, Bali, Bangkok, and Phuket) in Southeast Asia and working independently with each airline. Randy assisted by compiling a superb itinerary and supplied great insight and suggestions. The trip was a great success and the price was probably less expensive than if I did this on my own. I definitely would use Randy's services in the future. As for Thumbtack, I contacted them over 5 times advising them my web browser would not allow me to leave a review. I even supplied them with screenshots of the problem. Time and time again they would merely forward me the same link that didn't work over and over again. At that point I just gave up and used my cellphone to type the review.

I don't charge fees. Quotes, consults, advice are complimentary. I often have promo codes and discounts for multiple rooms on many trips.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information as possible about the trip. From and to where? Dates? How many peoples? Budget? Desires to do on the trip? Sight see or just relax on a beach?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business a long time now and have lots of experience. I am well traveled. I attend conferences, seminars and webinars all the time
