- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer GUARANTEED PRICING to all of our clients. What this means is that the dollar amount we provide to you at the estimate won’t change unless you, the client, choose to change the scope of work we perform after scheduling with us. You don’t have to be concerned about us increasing the price part way through your project because we missed something or made a mistake in our estimate. We also offer a 2-YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY on our work. Inferior workmanship makes itself known within two years of project completion. If anything we did causes your paint to fail during that period of time, we’ll be happy to fix it at no cost to you. We provide FREE ESTIMATES and FREE CONSULTATION to everyone. Whether you’re interested in having us paint for you, or just have a few questions about your weekend paint project, we’re always happy to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it a point to maintain consistent communication with our clients, from our first conversation to the free estimate, scheduling the project, choosing options and colors, and completing the work. Every step of the way we want our clients to be aware of what is happening with their project and ensure that they’re satisfied with the end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received training through the PCA (Painting Contractors Association) as well as various other private educational resources, along with plenty of hands on experience!
