Introduction

I provide a safe outlet for people of all ages and abilities to experience the benefits of yoga. I currently teach private one-on-one sessions, at The Oxford Hotel, and my community family center. I also offer classes for special events such as chair yoga, bachelorette parties, and community events. Sometimes yoga can be intimidating, I like to offer that personal attention where one can feel comfortable and confident within their own bodies. Yoga has major benefits, should you have wear and tear of life, a desire to connect within your body, or maybe an injury. In addition to the physical benefits, we can create a sense of calmness for your mind. Some flows can be more nurturing for the soul, where we take our time in poses and bring in a meditative experience. Through hard times, yoga is a place where we can find grounding and peace in a life of uncertainty. With breath and movement, together we will find balance of mind, body, and soul. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 400 hours of yoga teacher training. I earned 200 hours 6 years ago when I was living in South Florida. Before the pandemic, I continued my passion by earning another 200 hours here in Denver.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Throughout life I have always enjoyed taking yoga classes and major life changes is what brought me to getting certified as a yoga instructor. I went into the trainings for my own self discovery and spiritual journey. After my second training, I was ready to take what I had learned and help bring peace, love, and light into other people's lives.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers that had never taken a yoga class before, to experienced yogi's. In addition to working with customers whom have certain limitations due to previous injuries.
