Introducing a 4-week comprehensive program featuring personalized online sessions via Zoom, inclusive of Protein Shakes and Daily Greens with shipping.
Experience a tailored diet regimen crafted for your unique requirements, aimed at sustainable weight loss and fostering lifelong healthy eating habits – this is far from a fad diet!
Engage in a 60-minute initial session followed by three 30-minute weekly sessions to propel you towards your wellness goals. On average, clients achieve an impressive weight loss of 8 to 12 lbs during this program.

I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and pre, post-natal fitness coach and Health and Wellness Coach, with ample knowledge and experience training women who can't seem to lose weight and get the body they want.
It's not only about looking good; it'a mostly about being healthy. I work a lot on hormonal balance, lifestyle changes than can be sustained over time, eating habits, motivation and general well being. On top of that you get to look great and feel comfortable in your skin.
⚠️I specialize in female training. If you are a male I might not be the best fit for you (unless you are a male over 50y/o and want to work on longevity; then ABSOLUTELY YES, I’m the right fit for you).

✔️If you are a woman who still menstruates, I will tailor your training routine to your hormonal cycle to get the most out of training while balancing your female hormones to help you get fit.
✔️If you are in your reproductive years and have lost your menstrual cycle, I will train you in a specific way to help you regain your period and fight binge eating.
✔️If you are a woman in perimenopause, I will work with your changing female hormones to get you in the best shape before menopause so when it happens, your body will be as strong as possible to mitigate all the "troubles" of menopause.
✔️Suppose you are in menopause or post-menopause. In that case, I will help you regain control of your body and energy with a personalized training plan that works with specificity around your lack of female hormones to rebalance your body and energy while losing weight and gaining muscle mass.
