I had all 3 of my windows replaced. I had Greg of HRTI give me an estimate in November and he maintained the same costs in March. That was a great start. An installer was at my house within the week to measure & order the windows. Today the windows were installed by Chad who was very knowledgeably & professional. He did a great job & showed me all the features. I would definitely recommend this company & the quality product they represent. Thank you Paula Garmatz

We contracted with HRTI to replace 10 windows and a door. We had received bids from two other companies prior to meeting with Greg. The entire process from receiving the bid with Greg to final installation with Chad was professional and we are very pleased with the results.

Last year, upon purchasing a new house, we found that many of the windows were in bad shape. They were old, warped, and leaking. Being a first-time homeowner, I blundered around until I found Thumbtack, and HRTI offered to help almost immediately. The service I received from HRTI in purchasing new windows and having them installed was quick, professionally done, and reasonably priced to the point that, when we decided to get the rest of the bad windows replaced this year, there wasn't even a question of with whom we'd be working. Our experience with HRTI the second time was just as good as the first, and we are thrilled with the quality of the service. I could not recommend HRTI more highly.

I spoke with Greg initially and had a good experience talking with him. He was very professional, curious and strait forward. He didn't try to oversell me something that I didn't need and was honest about pricing. Chad installed my windows and security door. He worked very hard and payed attention to detail. He also cleaned up and left the job site looking the way he left it. There was always good communication and good customer service. I highly recommend hiring HRTI.

We couldn't be happier with HRTI and their work installing new windows in our home. We had multiple bids and HRTI was the best price and best installation time (4-6 weeks as compared to 6-8 weeks for everyone else). It took HRTI 2 days to install our windows and we couldn't have been more impressed with how well they cleaned up around our house after day 1 when they knew they would be back the following day. We've experienced too many contractors who would have left a mess. We also have a fairly old home with original ceramic window sills which we accepted we would lose when installing new windows. The HRTI crew kept the sills in place and worked around them. This was above & beyond! HRTI was incredibly professional as well as quality work and fantastic communication. A big thank you to Greg, Bonnie & Drew (& Drew's crew)

We give our best price the first time, we don’t play any of the high pressure “buy today” games many competitors play. We believe in a very straight forward, consultative and honest process.
