Introduction

I am a board-certified master inspector/ instructor, performing over 5000 inspections, and being in business for over 19 years. I am also fully insured with E&O and liability insurance. I am a State of Colorado licensed Radon measurement professional and associate-level real estate broker. I like being able to be the objective third party in the real estate transaction, and helping my clients make an informed decision on the biggest purchase they are like to make. I am curious by nature, but well-trained and experienced in the field which makes it easier to make my clients comfortable. I like the satisfaction of a job well done. My clients truly appreciate my service and are often very grateful that they hired me, I enjoy the praises.

Without any reservations, I would highly recommend Brian Persons Front Range Home Inspections. On our end, we had issues with timing, and Brian was so patient and flexible! He arrived early, did a thorough job, and carefully demonstrated and explained the results of his inspection. The final written inspection was available the same day. He even followed up with some additional, helpful paperwork. Quality work at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

I certainly hope I am not the cheapest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me and give me information on the property and inspection deadline, I give a quote and check availability and we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been inspecting homes in Northern Colorado for over 2 decades. I was an instructor at the international association of certified home inspectors from 2017-19. Licensed real estate agent and radon measurement specialist. in Colorado. Too many certifications to list.
