Juan did a good job installing 2 toilets, patching near the exhaust vents, and painting the ceiling. Juan is prompt, and friendly and cleans up the job site. He is reasonably priced and is good with responses and quotes.

I had a laundry room that needed repairs from a flood. Drywall had to be replaced, textured and painted , and baseboards, subfloor and vinyl tile had to be replaced as well. Juan was very good at staying in communication about arrival times and plans for the day. He took the time he needed to get the job done right and we ended up with a beautiful result. His pricing was fair and he was very easy to work with. I plan on calling him for several other projects.

I believe if we would have went with a pre hung door from start things would have went smoothly. the door jamb kit is no longer an option in the future it is to time consuming and the results are up and down and going off the work of the contractor before me is a no no. I should have went with my expertise and knowledge instead of going off the existing work. Thank you
