- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like going over their issue confirming the model and issue with the device and then covering how my service works. After they have a good understanding of my advantages to other repair facilities I cover price and reiterate on the warranty. Followed by scheduling the repair.

Been very hands on all my life when opportunity came to be able to utilize it and work for myself I took it!
