I reached out to get a hole fixed on the side of my home. We agreed on a date and time. That day came and he didn’t show. I texted him to ask if he was still showing up since I had a hole in the side of my home. He finally responded and told me he had a family emergency. I understand family stuff happens so I told him to take his time and attend to it. He told me he should be ready in an hour or so, but that time came and went. He told me he would keep me updated. I never received any more contact from him. My husband ended up fixing the hole himself. I would just recommend that better communication is needed to have a successful business. Everyone understands family emergencies happen. If you can’t make it then say something, so the customer can figure out another way to complete the task.
