Great experience working with Ponderosa Heating and Air Conditioning. Scheduled our fall furnace tune up, but a few weeks before our appointment our existing unit stopped working. Moe fit us in to evaluate the issues and worked to get a replacement unit installed the next day. He helped us optimize the size of the unit and costs to fit our budget. Supported us with the Xcel rebate and came back after the install to help fine tune the efficiency of the two stage unit operations for how we heat our home. We are super happy with the monthly plan and Ponderosa offers some of the best customer service weve ever experienced.

Great communication as far as letting me know when he would arrive. Moe showed up when expected and was able to fix our issue with our radiant floor heating not working in one of our bedrooms. Highly satisfied with all aspects of our service call. Definitely recommend Ponderosa Heating.

Everyone was friendly, efficient and did a great job! New furnace installation took less than 1 day (about 6 hours) with a few minor adjustments the next day. They were thoughtful enough to leave some space heaters with me just in case. I'm very grateful I didn't have to wait long for a new furnace!
