Ms. True exceeded my expectations and made such a stressful situation into many pleasant experiences. Her energy is contagious and her enthusiasm made it easy to ask questions. With my busy schedule, I set up an appointment and she showed up. Not only did Brandy clean out my laptop completely, she showed me how to fix myself and suggested options without making me feel like a id10t.
