- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send a certified and trained technician that is able to help the customer. They will provide a positive experience, and work with the customer on the successful resolution to the issue in their home. They will give upfront pricing before any work is done, and make sure to communicate with the customer the clear costs of either repairs, replacements, or new installations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed, trained, and background checked. They are all considered experts within their field.
