Our pricing ranges per person and includes a fully customized dining experience using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Each menu is tailored to your unique preferences, and the package features a three-course meal, on-site cooking, and full-service catering to ensure your event is seamless and memorable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and event details. From there, we collaborate with you to design a personalized menu that reflects your tastes and dietary needs. After finalizing the menu, we take care of all logistics, including ingredient sourcing, staffing, and event setup. On the day of your event, we provide on-site cooking and full-service catering to ensure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the process, we remain in close communication to ensure your experience is seamless and unforgettable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in ServSafe, which ensures that I adhere to the highest food safety standards. Additionally, trained in TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures), allowing us to responsibly manage alcohol service and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests at events. These certifications, along with hands-on experience, allow us to deliver a professional and safe catering service every time.
