- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are looking for just the cheapest flights, no thought process vacation, then we might not be a good fit. I personally craft all my itineraries to fit your needs and wants. Of course, looking for the best pricing for your destination is paramount. Travel advising is a design process of putting both together beautifully. Each itinerary is carefully planned and Amore Travel Designs spends hours perfecting every detail of your trip. If you run off with the itinerary to book it yourself, you are stealing. This is why we charge a planning fee. Its a committment from me to you, and you to I. Thank you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MY PROCESS IS: -Complimentary planning session to receive travel requests and information. -Agreement to work together. -Client submits completed client information form -Amore Travel Designs delivers 1-3 proposals showcasing destinations, timing, costs and options. -Amore Travel Designs delivers a firm proposal with adjustments until client is satisfied. -Client submits payment authorization form for deposit, etc. -Amore Travel Designs will finalize/reserve the booking -Client receives full travel itinerary (digital, with hard copy upon request), one touch a month from Amore Travel Designs until travel, available through phone or email during travel for any problems that might arise, and followup upon return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continually investing in my travel knowledge base through workshops, conferences, supplier webinars and travel to the destinations I sell. As a member of Virtuoso, I have access to exclusive training and new product information to keep current on all the latest hottest destinations and vetted locations for my clients.
