- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work within our client's budget and with their goals in mind. Our prices are flat hourly rates and we provide custom solutions to work with every type of business. Returns are fixed rates and quoted at the time of consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin with an initial consultation, whether in-person or in Teams, to discuss the specific needs of your unique accounting situation. After the consultation, you will receive a customized proposal, welcome letter, intake paperwork, and an Accountant assignment. Once your paperwork is received and you are onboarded, your Accountant will reach out directly to discuss document needs, login credentials, etc. You will then work with them ongoing or project basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and am Licensed in Colorado. I am working on licensing in Wyoming and Florida in 2025. My staff includes another CPA, and 4 other Accountants, 2 of whom will be sitting for the exam in Q2 2025.
