- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Below are the typical steps we take with prospective clients. However we are happy to set up additional touchpoints or in-person meetings to ensure you're comfortable partnering with us. 1.) Intro Call: 30 minutes Discuss the property and goals for your investment Overview of our property management services 2.) Contracts: Email We send our Mascot Property Management Agreement & Colorado Real Estate Commission Exclusive Right to Rent Contract for your review 3.) Contracts Review Call: 15-30 minutes, Optional Discuss any questions you have regarding the contracts 4.) Property Walkthrough: 30-60 minutes, In-Person Walkthrough the property and complete Pre-Onboarding Inspection via RentCheck (Report shared with owner regardless of whether we’re hired) Property Owner attendance is optional 5.) Contract Execution & Outline of Property Plan: Email
