We purchased an ACON 16' trampoline and I could tell it was too tall a task for me. Hudson was quick to respond, but I let him know I had another company scheduled, as I was aiming for same-day assembly. He understood, and offered helpful tips as to what should be part of assembly. When I asked the larger contractor about leveling the ground, they let me know it was assembly only. So I went with Colorado Backyard. Hudson arrived on the scheduled morning and was thorough and communicative throughout! The trampoline is perfectly set up, sturdy, level and stable! He even tested out the trampoline with a backward summersault. Fair price for the effort and professionalism put in to the task.

We will typically not be the lowest quote. We cannot offer top-notch service at the prices of our competitors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will ask the customer some questions so I am able to provide them with an accurate quote. Or I will Immediately provide a quote with contingencies. For example with playsets I will provide a quote that contingent on the yard being level within 2” for the footprint of the structure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years in residential construction, 2 years running an installation business.
