We purchased an ACON 16' trampoline and I could tell it was too tall a task for me. Hudson was quick to respond, but I let him know I had another company scheduled, as I was aiming for same-day assembly. He understood, and offered helpful tips as to what should be part of assembly. When I asked the larger contractor about leveling the ground, they let me know it was assembly only. So I went with Colorado Backyard. Hudson arrived on the scheduled morning and was thorough and communicative throughout! The trampoline is perfectly set up, sturdy, level and stable! He even tested out the trampoline with a backward summersault. Fair price for the effort and professionalism put in to the task.

Hudson built a Brainrich indoor playset in our basement for us. He did a great job! It was his first time building this type of playset and it was a complicated build but he got it put together like an expert. We were very impressed! He came prepared with the printed instructions and he had read them in advance so he caught that it wasn’t supposed to be built on foam tiles the way I had the space initially set up. We are so glad we hired Hudson to build this for us! This was beyond our capabilities to build ourselves and we feel confident that the playset was properly assembled for my son and his friends to play on safely. Also, Hudson was very patient and great with my son who really wanted to watch Hudson build the playset. My son thinks Hudson is the coolest and is already looking for new things Hudson could build for us so we can hire him again! We highly recommend him!

We had NoCo Swingset Company install a Backyard Discovery playset and they did a great job! They were professional and finished the job in one day. After watching that thing go up, Im sure we wouldnt have been able to build it ourselves, we are so happy that we left it to the pros!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a quote for each job individually based on a variety of factors. We provide a flat quote for jobs, not an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will ask the customer some questions so I am able to provide them with an accurate quote. Or I will Immediately provide a quote with contingencies. For example with playsets I will provide a quote that contingent on the yard being somewhat level. If I arrive to the property and we have to do an hour of grading, I cannot honor my original quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2-3 years of experience in residential construction.
