Hi, I'm Mandy. I’m a life design coach that helps high-achievers have the confidence to create a life they love without sacrificing success. Many high-achievers have worked hard and achieved some success, but they aren’t necessarily happy in their life. Maybe they’re overwhelmed and stressed with everything they’re juggling, or feeling disconnected and unfulfilled, like there’s something missing. I help them set and achieve goals to create a meaningful and enjoyable life. Tangibly, this might mean breaking through a plateau in your career, expanding or deepening your social circle, creating time to explore hobbies or travel, finding a romantic partner, etc. I do this by helping you to: build trust, confidence, and compassion for yourself; develop decision-making, time-management and energy-management strategies; gain clarity on what lights you up and makes you feel alive, and more. Before I was a life coach, I was an industrial engineer working in manufacturing doing continuous improvement. My background is all about understanding systems - including the people that use them - and continuously improving them. This means I’m a pro at understanding you, seeing how everything in your life is connected, and determining which improvements you can make that will have the most impact on your goals. My approach as a coach is to be as holistic as possible, as simply as possible.
