Mirian responded within minutes of my request for service. This was a surprise Christmas gift for my brother, who had never had his house cleaned before. This was a real treat. She even created a Christmas themed gift card for me. It was the sweetest thing. It all made my brother so happy. He told me numerous times how thoughtful this was. The crew came in and exceeded our expectations. They made his house shine and sent me before and after pictures. They had a lot of scrubbing to do everywhere. They took special care with even the blinds, the baseboards, the fridge in the microwave. Not to mention the stove, the toilets and everything else. The place was spotless. I am pretty sure my brother is going to cry, joyful tears when he walks into the sparkling new house. This team is extremely responsive to all of my messages and the communication is clear and very kind. This gift makes me feel as much happiness as he will feel walking in the door, and for days to come. Thank you so much!
