Mike was extremely thorough, pointing things out that I'm guessing the average inspector could miss. We spent 4 hours together inspecting this home purchase, including plenty of time inching around a tight, uncomfortable crawl space. Im so happy that I had the inspection done. I was very surprised by the price and thorough job performed for me. Mike did an awesome job of inspecting a 30 year old home. He was very detailed and very thorough. He even went above and beyond what most inspectors would perform. Mike found some very subtle defects that I believe most inspectors might have missed.
