FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For hourly labor, we charge $90/hour, per worker. We don't prorate the first hour since we're unable to accept other jobs during that hour, but we do prorate any follow on hours to the quarter hour, i.e. $112.50 for 1.25 hours. We also discount jobs that require two or more workers for a 3+ hour period of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. Sometimes messaging is fine, but a quick phone call is usually best to determine what's necessary for the job in order to provide the best value for the customer's dollar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chris and Levi have over 40 years of experience between them in managing and developing workers to provide outstanding service for customers. Chris recently retired after 20 years as an officer in the US Army and Levi has been a business owner in the fitness industry for nearly as long.
