- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I mainly charge off by square foot. Cost for materials and any abnormal circumstances would be discussed before work begins as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step, is for me to meet a new customer at the place they would like me to paint/work. This is the most important step! It gives us a chance to get to know each other, and get to know the scope of work. Then I will make you an estimate for the cost of the project. If everything is agreeable, a contract is signed, and I begin working as early is convenient for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always furthering my education! Anyone who says they know it all, is falling behind. I have worked in the field of maintenance and repair for years.
