FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a lot more then most companies so we will not usually be the cheapest bid, but we are not usually the highest either. I believe there is a lot of value in trusting the company you are working with and knowing they will stand by there word and deliver what is expected of them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to bring our customers into our office and meet with them to go over the proposal and make sure we haven’t missed anything and are all on the same page. Once that is done and the proposal is accepted, we will schedule an interior design meeting with one of our designers who will then provide 3D renderings based on your selections to show you exactly what your project will look like finished, prior to starting the work. After selections and design we will order all materials for the project, and once the materials are in route or we have a lead time your designated project manager will reach out to schedule you. We don’t usually ask for any kind of deposit, we will invoice you for materials once ordered, and the customer is invoiced throughout the project however the project manager sees fit. It’s kind of a pay as you go kind of billing process so that the customer is able to see the work first that they are paying for.
