- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a two hour minimum for our private parties. This includes all of our travel fees, and supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make your event as special as possible. We start by getting basic information on your upcoming event/party. We then discuss rate and availability. Once you’re ready to move forward we send a booking contract. Please note your date is not saved until we receive the non-refundable deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Veronica is self taught, attended many online summits, and is currently attending the International Face Painting School to continue education and training.
