- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on a job to job basis, not everyone's property is the same. We offer several discounts throughout the year don’t hesitate to ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll discuss the project via text/call/or email. Once scheduled the customer will receive a confirmation text for the date scheduled. Day of service the customer will receive an “on my way” text from the technician. At the start of the job the customer will receive a starting text. At the finish of the job the customer will receive a finished text. The customer can choose to pay contact-less or another pay method (check, cash, card, etc) That’s it! We like to make it easy and enjoyable for everyone 😊
- What types of customers have you worked with?
From small residential houses to big commercial properties, we have been around the block! There isn't a job to big or too small that we can't take care of.
