Ryan did a fantastic job customizing, ordering and installing the entire AV solution for our new home. He started by patiently educating me on good/better/best options for each of our sound, TV, security, and wifi systems. He also worked flexibly around our travel schedule as we were living out of state while most of the work got done. I especially appreciate his deep product knowledge and the balanced advice he gave us throughout the process, not upselling us on unnecessary equipment and focusing our budget on the equipment that mattered to me and my wife. Would definitely work with him again and recommend to my friends.
